SCOTT E. GRAY

Mr. Gray came to MCS in September 1999, when he began his teaching career after working in industry for almost 8 years.  He was previously employed by Troy Boiler Works Inc., as a draftsman and CNC machine operator.  Prior to that he worked for Edgcomb Metals as a quality coordinator, Draftsman and CNC operator.  He graduated from Schalmont High School and entered into the Plant Science department at SUNY Cobleskill where he received a Bachelors degree in Plant Science.  He then finished his masters degree in Technology Education at Union College in Schenectady.  He grew up in Duanesburg on his family's farm raising cows and draft horses, and spent his free time working at the local golf course as an assistant superintendent.  He is also an adjunct CAD professor at SUNY Cobleskill. He now lives in Delanson with his wife Bonnie and son Evan.  Mr. Gray has many hobbies including drafting, hunting, fishing, racing, and like Mr. Dickerson has a love for antique vehicles.  He completed a 12 year restoration of his 1948 FORD pickup on his wedding day in 1998.
